UCL: Nigeria’s Zaidu scores for FC Porto in first Champions League victory

Zaidu Sanusi on Tuesday inspired a UEFA Champions League victory for FC Porto as they won 2-0 at home against Bayer Leverkusen.

Zaidu headed home a cross by Teremi in the 69th minute for Porto to finally go in front.

It was their first win in Group B.

This home win should revive their hopes as they have climbed to second place in the standings with three points from as many matches halfway through the group stage of the competition.
