UEL: Molde ready to battle ‘physical monster’ Boniface – Strande

Nigeria’s Victor Boniface has been labelled a ‘physical monster’ by Molde assistant coach Trond Strande ahead of their UEFA Europa League matchday tie with Bayer Leverkusen.

The Nigerian international is expected to lead Leverkusen attack at the Aker Stadium on Thursday night.

Strande know Boniface from the latter’s stint with Norwegian Premier League club, Bodo) Glimt.

The gaffer reckoned Molde are looking forward to welcoming the Nigerian striker.

“He is a physical monster. We know him from before and we are looking forward to that duel too,” he told Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation.

Boniface scored once and registered an assist in Bayer Leverkusen’s 4-0 victory against BK Hacken on matchday one.
