US businessman Mauriss has bid accepted for Sheffield Utd
United States businessman Henry Mauriss has had a £115 million bid accepted for Sheffield United.
Mauriss has long wanted to buy a football club in England, bidding a higher figure for Newcastle United in 2020.
According to several English media sources, his bid for the Blades has been accepted by the Championship club.

The team, currently sixth in the second division, are presently owned by Prince Abdullah Bin Mosaad Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Mauriss is presently the CEO of ClearTV, while he made his fortune in the credit card and finance sectors.
