UYL: Nigeria Defender scores winning goal for Juve Against Atletico Madrid

Paolo Gozzi Iweru scored for Juventus U-23 side as they came back to defeat Atletico Madrid 2-1 in their UEFA Youth League encounter at the Juventus Training Center on Tuesday afternoon.

The 18-year-old defender who was born in Italy but of Nigeria descent scored in the 94th minute to seal victory.

It was his second goal in the competition after netting against Lokomotiv Moscow in their third group game last month.

Juve are now through to the second round with a game left to spare.

Iweru made his Seria A debut for the senior team on April 13 this year in a 2–1 away loss against S.P.A.L.
