Van Basten impressed by Koeman’s impact at Barcelona

Dutch great, Marco van Basten, has been impressed by Ronald Koeman’s work at Barcelona.

Van Basten says his countryman deserves to remain in charge next season.

He said, “Koeman is doing a great job at Barça, because it has a very complicated atmosphere and he remains calm.

“He has the players close by and is alive in the LaLiga and in the Copa final.

“Being a coach it is already difficult, but above all he is in Barcelona. Staying calm is already a great thing.”
