Watford rejoice with Troost-Ekong, Okoye over Nigeria’s World Cup play-offs ticket
Watford officials are proud of the achievement of Troost-Ekong and Maduka Okoye with their national team after qualifying Nigeria into the next stage of the World Cup qualifying round
The duo featured for the Super Eagles as they book their place in the final phase of the world cup qualifiers, after playing a 1-1 draw against Cape Verde on Tuesday.
The Eagles qualified as Group C winner, after picking 13 points from 6 matches.
After the game, Watford took to their social media handle to congratulate both players.

Ekong is expected to return to Watford today and join the team ahead of Weekend’s Premier League game against Manchester United.
