Webcam porn website offers to sponsor Inter Milan for £20million

Inter Milan have been made an official shirt-sponsorship offer of £20m from adult webcam company Stripchat as they approach the end of their 26-year deal with Pirelli.

The tyre manufacturer, who has provided one of the most iconic sponsors in Italian football history, announced earlier in the month that although the shirt deal would end, their association would go on.

That has attracted the interest of Max Bennett, the Vice President of New Media at Stripchat, who has put forward a bumper fee in return for the promotion of the brand.

While asking the club to consider the offer as they look for new income, Bennett has promised that the crossover represents a ‘fantastic opportunity’ to ‘raise awareness’ of Stripchat.

He wrote: “While you’re currently in talks with new sponsors over a more lucrative shirt sponsorship deal, I wanted to throw Stripchat – a leading adult live webcam company into the mix.

“We would be willing to pay $28M to be the jersey sponsor for Inter Milan. There is a strong crossover between our fanbases.

“This would be a fantastic opportunity for us to own some of the world’s most valuable sports real estate and raise awareness of Stripchat while also providing you with legitimate revenue.”

Pirelli chief executive Marco Tronchetti Provera had told GR: “We are in talks with (Alessandre) Antonello, (Beppe) Marotta (chief executives) and other Inter directors.

“We won’t be Inter’s kit sponsor anymore, but our relationship with the club will continue.”

Chinese property development company Evergrande Group have been tipped as a replacement by Italian media, with the plans of owners, Suning Group, unclear at present.

Suning acquired 70 per cent of Inter Milan back in 2016 for an estimated £220m, and raised eyebrows this week by halting operations at Chinese Super League champions Jiangsu FC.

Despite some confusion across the season, Antonio Conte has overseen a fine run of form which has given his side a six-point lead at the top of Serie A with 12 games to play.

The Premier League winning former Chelsea boss said this week: “The fact is I have another year to run on the contract. At this moment, all of us – me, the coaches, the players must focus on the present.

“We cannot be distracted by other factors, we must be concentrated because we can influence the present, from here to the end of the season.
