Wydad Casablanca subdue Mamelodi Sundowns in AFL final first leg
Wydad Casablanca of Morocco took the advantage in the African Football League first-leg final after their 2-1 win over Mamelodi Sundowns.
In an individual display on the right side, Montasser Lahtimi displaced two opposing defenders, before slipping in a low pass.

The latter, cut by Rivaldo Coetzee who pushed the ball into his own goal (41st), allowed the Moroccans to open the scoring and Mamelodi conceded its first goal in the competition.
The South African side came into the second half stronger Abdelmounaim Boutouil, the former player of Rajah Casablanca, was quick to equalize from the penalty spot in the 73rd minute.
Anas Serrhat, who entered the game a quarter of an hour earlier earned Wydad a 2-1 win with a ferocious shot to beat Rowen Williams in the 78th minute.
