Zidane hopes Benzema can finish LaLiga top scorer

Real Madrid coach, Zinedine Zidane, hopes to see Karim Benzema finish the season as the LaLiga’s top scorer.

Benzema is still in with a chance of finishing as LaLiga Santander’s top scorer, although it was not a priority for Zidane.

“Of course I would like him to [win the Pichichi] for him, but it doesn’t mean anything,” Zidane said.

“We will see as always, I would have liked him to, because he deserves it.

“He will decide in the end, we will see how that will end.”
