Zidane says he’s ready to return to football management

Former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has said he was ready to football management.

Zidane also says he’d be willing to work in Ligue Une.

He told Telefoot: “Live and work again in France? Nothing should be ruled out.

“I know what I want and what I don’t want. If I am having this break, it is because there must be one.

“I hope to tell myself that soon, I am going to be able to coach.'”

Mbappe: I admire him a lot

Zidane also said thar admits he’s a big fan of PSG star Kylian Mbappe.

Zidane has been linked with both the France and PSG coaching jobs this summer.

On Mbappe, Zidane said: “What he does is incredible, I hope he wins a lot of Ballon d’Ors. What he does is fantastic for his club and for the French team .

“I admire Mbappé a lot”

On Benzema:

Zidane has declared Karim Benzema the most exciting player in the world.

Benzema left Real Madrid this month for Al-Ittihad.

His former Real coach Zidane told Telefoot: “If there’s one player who gets me off my seat, it’s Karim Benzema… maybe Luka Modric too, players who, when they have the ball, you think they’re going to lose it, but no, they always manage to get away with it.

“In my time, football was a bit less physical than it is now. With just technique, you could go far. Nowadays I think it’s more complicated.

“Today’s football is different, if I had played in this era maybe my physique would have played a dirty trick on me.”
