El Kanemi Warriors midfielder, Mathias Samuel has pleaded with the team’s fan not to lose hope on the team despite their unimpressive performance on the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

 

 

El Kanemi Warriors midfielder, Mathias Samuel has pleaded with the team’s fan not to lose hope on the team despite their unimpressive performance on the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

The Borno Armies are currently 19th on the log after Match day 14 on Sunday. El Kanemi lost 3-0 to Wikki Tourists in Sunday’s game in Jos.

Samuel told Sportinglife.ng that the team is passing through a difficult time but he believes that the situation will change very soon.

“We are not doing very well now and but I promise the people of Borno that we are coming back. We all know what is expected of us and we want our fans to get behind us at this trying period. We are not happy too, but I know definitely that things will change for better,” Samuel told Sportinglife.ng.
