Watch designers, TagHeuer sign up Eagles defender 

Super Eagles defender, William Troost-Ekong has been signed up by  international watch designers TAGHeuer in an undisclosed deal.

 

Super Eagles defender, William Troost-Ekong has been signed up by  international watch designers TAGHeuer  in an undisclosed deal.

The endorsement deal was sealed up after Nigeria’s friendly against Serbia in London.

The Buraspor of Turkey defender who captained Nigeria against Poland announced the sponsorship deal with pictures on his twitter handle.

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) was represented by its second vice president and LMC chairman, Shehu Dikko.

Ekong who has continued call on Nigerians to support the team believes they can go far at this year’s FIFA World Cup.

“It won’t be easy in our group, that will be the real test but we have a bunch of hard players, ” he said.

Nigeria is drawn in group D against Argentina, Croatia and Iceland.
