The Glamour game comes up 14 days to Nigeria’s FIFA World Cup opening group D match against Croatia in Kaliningrad, Russia.
“Great preparation Match! 5 weeks to go till we meet the Three Lions at Wembley #NaijaTakeover #SoarSuperEagles,” tweeted the player on Wednesday.
Onazi has not been in action for Turkish club Trabzonspor since he was sidelined with an hamstring injury for close to two weeks.
This prompted Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr to send the team’s fitness trainer to Turkey to assess the player last Monday.
