Lawyers to Pinnick had filed a counter motion to dismiss the orders granting recognition to Giwa to lead the NFF, while invalidating the process that brought in Pinnick as the soccer governing body’s president.

The court would now sit to hear the motion on Wednesday ahead of an emergency congress being conveyed by the Amaju Pinnick led-board on August 2 in Edo State.
