Rohr invites Dennis, Maja for Ukraine friendly

Super Eagles‘ Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr have confirmed the invitation of four new players namely left-back Brian Idowu of Lokomotiv Moscow, PAOK FC of Greece’s defensive midfielder, Anderson Esiti, Bordeaux of France striker Joshua Maja and striker Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis of Club Brugge to replace the injured and unavailable Eagles’ layers for the International friendly between Nigeria and Ukraine in Kyiv.

Payers like Tyronne Ebuehi and Wilfred Ndidi have been ruled out due to injuries while Kenneth Omeruo is also out since it was reported that he is currently sorting out his permit issue in Spain.
But Rohr has disclosed to SportingLife.ng that he had already drafted four new players to fill in the gaps in the absence of the unavailable players.
“Yes, I am aware of the injured players and the unavailable ones. So I have already in ground four players can replace them namely: Brian Idowu, Anderson Esiti, Joshua Maja and Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis”, Rohr told SportingLife.ng.
