The Italian is set to take over at Goodison Park after being sacked by Napoli last week.

According to an exclusive SunSport report, the 60-year-old will earn £2.5 million if he keeps the Toffees in the Premier League.

That’ll be in addition to his huge £11.5 million a year contract, which makes him the third highest-paid manager behind Mourinho and Guardiola.

Everton have won five of their 17 games this season and sit in 16th, three points above the relegation zone.

Duncan Ferguson has been in charge since Marco Silva was sacked.

The ex-Everton forward guided the side to a 3-1 win over Chelsea in his first game as well as a 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Sunday.
