Bayern Munich fire Kovac after 5-1 Loss to Eintracht Frankfurt
Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich have fired head coach Niko Kovac after their 5-1 humiliating defeat against Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.
Kovac who led Bayern to a domestic double in his first season was sacked on Sunday.
He was in his second season with the German side having joined ahead of the 2018/2019 season.
Despite the feat, Kovac was still not the fans favourite who felt he was not the right man for the job.

The crushing defeat which leaves Bayern in the fourth position after 10 matches this season was clearly the final straw.
