Burton Albion 1-3 Leicester City: Fuches salutes Iheanacho

Super Eagles forward, Kelechi Iheanacho has earned praise from teammate Christian Fuchs after he made good of a rare start for Leicester City with a goal during their 3-1 victory over Burton Albion in the Carabao Cup.

The former Manchester City star opened scoring in the seventh minute before highly rated Belgium international Youri Tielemans made it 2-0. The home side pulled one back through Liam Boyce but in- form James Maddison killed the fightback from the League One side with the third goal.

Leicester City will return to action on Saturday when they travel to Selhurst Park to play Crystal Palace and Iheanacho will be hoping that he has impressed manager Brendan Rodgers enough to start in the premier league fixture.
