Philippe Coutinho has flown his own personal physiotherapist from Spain after returning from Singapore.
Coutinho was in Singapore for Brazil’s multiple friendlies during the international break.
Coutinho and the physio, Ruben Pons, met during the Brazilian’s spell at Liverpool through manager Jürgen Klopp.
Pons helped Coutinho recover throughout his time at FC Barcelona as well.
Pons left Liverpool after four years to become an independent contractor. He has previously worked with
Egyptian superstar Mohamed Salah during the 2018 World Cup in addition to Coutinho.

With the number of injuries that have already hit Bayern Munich it is a relief to hear Coutinho is going above and beyond to stay fit.
