Eagles, Czech Republic fallout: Rohr blasts strikers

Rohr and Eagles in training

Coach of the Super Eagles has put his strikers on the spot for their below par performance against Czech Republic in Wednesday’s international friendly which was their last before flying to Russia.

“We had a good 2nd half again like we did n the match against England. Starting the match was difficult again. We travelled by bus for 1hour 40 minutes to go to stadium. But again missing efficiency in attack”, Rohr lamented after the match.
Despite his disappointment with his strikers, Rohr’s greatest delight was the return of Leicester of England defensive midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi.
“Important come back of Ndidi. No injury in bad conditions”, concluded the Franco-German Coach.
