Others invited are Ikidi Faith, Ayinde Halimat, Okobi Ngozi Sonia, Chikwelu Rita, Chukwunonye Josephine and Ngozi Ebere. Also invited are Ebi Onome, Ohale Osinachi and Francisca Ordega.

Dennerby who spoke to Sportinglife.ng said his major assignment is to ensure total victory against Gambia both home and away.” I know the home based players are good but I don’t want to gamble or under rate Gambia by fielding an entirely home based Falcons. I want to win the two legs in Gambia and Nigeria. Female Football in Africa is fast developing and other countries are fast catching up.  My experience at the WAFU Women tournament in Ivory Coast has shown me that African Women football has come of age. At any time I will always engage Nigeria’s best legs”.   Dennerby said.

The return leg will hold on June, 11, 2018 in Calabar with the professionals expected to report to camp on or  before June 2nd.
