Fans blast Ronaldo for ‘stealing’ during Portugal Euro 2020 qualifier against Luxembourg
Football fans reckon Cristiano Ronaldo stylishly stole Diogo Jota’s goal during Portugal’s win over Luxembourg.
Ronaldo scored in the 86th minute to make it 2-0 and he’s now just one goal away from becoming the second man to reach 100 international goals.

However, his 99th international goal came in dubious fashion as fans are furious, with the Portugal captain accused of stealing Jota’s goal.
Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva crossed it in with the Wolves man controlling the ball before poking it towards goal.
When Ramsey tapped in Ronaldo's free kick, I remember his reaction.
Now, he stole Jota's goal, no noise oh… just cos of a record century of goals.— Alexander king👑 (@Alexander_keeng) November 17, 2019
The goalkeeper fumbled his strike and as the ball looked destined to go past the line, Ronaldo, who was the first to react poked home on the goal line.
Thus Ronaldo prevented Jota from scoring his first goal for his country and this got fans talking.

A second Tweeted: “Ramsey looking at Ronaldo in training next week like.”
A third added: “Ronaldo moans when Ramsey steals his goal, yet when he steals Diogo Jota’s goal it’s fine.”
Ronaldo fans can now forgive Ramsey.
