The 20-year-old striker, who is currently valued at €110 million, has attracted the interest of top European clubs in recent months, although his hefty price tag will mean only a select few will be able to attain his services.

In fact, Haaland’s agent Mino Raiola has recent claimed that only ten clubs will be able to afford the generational talent as a €100 million release clause comes into effect in 2022.

Raiola also said recently that his client could move to England’s top flight at the end of the season.

“It is obvious that everybody is looking at Erling as one of those potential new future stars because it’s so difficult to do what he does at his age at his level,” he told BBC.

“He will be one of the future stars of the next decade because we see that stars such as Ibrahimovic, Ronaldo and Messi are coming to an age where everyone asks themselves: ‘How long can we still enjoy them?’
