IOC President to visit Nigeria Nov. 13 on two-day visit
The number one man at the helm of affairs at the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Thomas Bach, is expected in Nigeria for a two-day visit on November 13.
The President of IOC is billed to arrive in Abuja, Nigeria on November 13 where he is expected to commission the Association of National Olympic Committee of Africa (ANOCA) Headquarters building.
Bach, a former Olympic fencing gold medallist and world champion, will use the opportunity to pay a courtesy visit to President Muhammadu Buhari, as well as NOC Partner School – Aduvie International School while he will also tour the MKO Abiola Stadium.
The IOC boss will be accompanied by Olympians, National athletes and NOC Partners including three-time Olympian, Chika Chukwumerije, and IOC scholarship recipients.

The visit will also see a discussion take place between the IOC visiting delegation, Nigeria’s Olympians and the ANOCA scholarship holders.
