Iwobi plays for 23 minutes as Arsenal humbles Chelsea 

Nigeria international, Alex Iwobi lasted only 23 minutes for Arsenal who bounced back from last weekend’s 1-0 loss to West Ham to defeat Chelsea 2-0 at the Emirates on Saturday in the English Premier League.

They have brightened their chances of a top four finish and a Champions League spot with the victory.

Iwobi who was featuring in his 20th league match for the Gunners came on in the 67th minute for Alexandre Lacazette who put the Gunners in the lead  in the 14th minute. with captain adding the second with six minutes to end the first half.

Captain Laurent Koscielny added the second and his first of the season with six minutes to end the first half which was a perfect start for the France international after surviving a life threatening injury last season.

Koscielny ruptured his Achilles tendon last term which made him miss the 2018 FIFA World Cupn with Les Blues.
