Man City should be enjoying Premier League title race, says defender Ake
Manchester City are enjoying being in such a tight title race this season.
That is according to defender Nathan Ake, who was speaking ahead of his side’s vital mid-week clash against Brighton.
City go into the game knowing they must win, as Liverpool defeated Manchester United on Tuesday to go top of the league.
However, Ake is remaining calm, despite his side having little room for error between now and the end of the season.

“I enjoy it, 100 per cent,” said Ake, per the club website.
“The way Liverpool is playing at the moment and the way we are playing at the moment is just an enjoyment. I am happy to be a part of it and we just have to make sure we get trophies for it.
“Up until now it has been a very good season, but we haven’t got a trophy, so we have to make sure we finish the season well.”
