Man of the Match, Victor Moses has heaped praises on his Chelsea teammates for displaying great character against Burnley in Thursday’s EPL clash against Burnley.
“I felt we deserved to win tonight. You know that it is not easy to come down here and win. So for us to do it showed character. l must congratulate my colleagues,” Moses said after the game.
The Nigerian was at his inspirational best for the Blues in their 2-1 win over Burnley at the Turf Moor on Thursday evening, scoring one and creating another.
“We just have to continue to push until the league ends,” he said.
His performance ensured that he has now been involved in four goals in his last nine Premier League games (three goals, one assist).
Tonight’s performance will surely gladden the heart of Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr ahead of this year’s Summer World Cup in Russia.
