The London Evening Standard says Moses’ proposed permanent move to Inter Milan has hit a stumbling block.
Inter coach Antonio Conte is determined to sign Moses this summer after the 29-year-old’s successful season-long loan spell in Italy.
Inter are refusing to pay a hefty fee for Moses, whose Chelsea deal expires in 2021.
