Moses scores first goal for Fenerbahce after playing for 26 minutes

Former Nigeria international, Victor Moses struck in the 74th minute in his second outing for Fernabahce as they thumped Gotzepe 2-0 in Turkish week 20 Super Lig on Friday night.

He came on in the second half to score after Ghana international, Andre Ayew had put Fernabahce in front in the seventh minute.

 

Having opened his goals account, Moses who is an 18-month loan contract with the one time league champions  will be looking forward to such occasions to prove his worth.

“I’m very happy to score my first goal for the team. I hope I can score more goals. We will continue to work hard.
There is quality in the team and everyone work very well,”  he told the club’s official website after the game.

“Everyone is showing me great love, very good support. I can feel it when I’m in the field. I want to help my team and contribute. We showed a great character. Tonight we saw how happy everyone was.”
