Head coach Emery is under mounting pressure after overseeing a run of just one win in the last eight games, culminating in his Arsenal side being booed off following Saturday’s 2-2 draw against Southampton.

Emery is now facing a major battle to hold onto his job with Arsenal already considering alternatives including Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo, as revealed by Sportsmail.

Emery said: ‘My future is today and tomorrow.

‘My job is to prepare the match tomorrow and to look only at the match tomorrow, thinking only to show the best performance only for the team.
