Napoli put Gattuso on his toes, shortlist replacement

Napoli president, Aurelio de Laurentiis, is secretly paving way for the new in-coming manager as it has drawn up a contingency plan in the event he must dump coach Rino Gattuso.

De Laurentiis doesn’t wish to part with Gattuso but has a shortlist of names if he is forced to do so.

Sportmediaset says top of the list is Sassuolo coach Roberto de Zerbi, while Spezia’s Vincenzo Italiano also features.

Hellas Verona boss Ivan Juric is another who has caught the movie mogul’s eye.

However, for the moment, ADL is determined to stand by Gattuso.
