FT: Leicester 3-1 H’field
FT: Liverpool 3-0 So’ton
FT: Man Utd 1-1 Wolves
FT: Fulham 1-1 Watford

MAN UTD 1-1 WOLVES

That’s it! Another feather in Wolves cap as they hold on for a draw at Old Trafford.

C PALACE 0-0 NEWCASTLE

That’s it – frustration for Crystal Palace who deserved to win this game on the balance of play. For Newcastle, it’s difficult to say they should have been more ambitious as a point away from home is never a terrible result, but it wasn’t inspiring stuff from Rafa Benitez’s men.

LEICESTER 3-1 HUDDERSFIELD

The last touch of the game falls to Vardy, who misses the target attempting to sweep the ball into the back of the net. It doesn’t matter though as Leicester have lifted the pressure on Claude Puel with a comfortable 3-1 victory over struggling Huddersfield. Iheanacho, Maddison and Vardy got the goals for the hosts after Jorgensen had given the visitors an early lead.

CARDIFF 0-5 MAN CITY

All over. A comfortable afternoon for Manchester City after Cardiff frustrated them for the opening half-an-hour.

Sergio Aguero will grab the headlines after marking his 300th appearance with the opening goal, and from then on it was all too easy for the visitors. B.Silva and Gundogan were both sensational, and they got a goal apiece before the break, while the second half saw Riyad Mahrez come off the bench and score a double – his first goals for the club!

LIVERPOOL 3-0 SOUTHAMPTON

Full-time, job done for Liverpool. They were able to take a breather in the second half after scoring three in the first period. It could have been more as Southampton faded but it is enough for a sixth straight league win to take Jurgen Klopp’s side back to the top of the table.

BURNLEY 4-0 BOURNEMOUTH

The final whistle has blown and Burnley have run out 4-0 winners! Vydra and Lennon’s quickfire goals at the end of the first-half put them 2-0 up and a Barnes double late on in the second sealed a huge three points for the Clarets.

Bournemouth’s good run has come to a rather emphatic end. At the sixth attempt, Burnley have their first win of the campaign.
