Sissoko faces late fitness test ahead Man City clash

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Moussa Sissoko will face a late fitness test before they take on Manchester City in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Frenchman was substituted in last Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League with a groin injury after a challenge with Kevin De Bruyne, which forced Tottenham to re-shuffle their formation.

With Harry Kane, Harry Winks, Erik Lamela and Eric Dier absent, Spurs brought on Fernando Llorente for Sissoko which saw Dele Alli drop deeper into midfield.

Three points would strengthen City’s quest for the title, and their task could be aided if battling midfielder Sissoko is absent for the fixture.
