Southampton not concerned about their league standing – Tella

Southampton star Nathan Tella has revealed they are not concerned about their league position.

The Saints are sitting in 16th position in the Premier League, with Ralph Hasenhuttl’s team only five points ahead of the relegation zone.

They have played one more game than 18th place Burnley, which means Wednesday’s game against Crystal Palace is a must win to avoid dropping further into a relegation scrap.

Asked about the stakes, Tella told the Daily Echo: “All weeks are massive.

“We don’t want to change our approach for every game.

“But we know what we’ve got to go out and do and react on Wednesday.”
