Super Eagles in a must win encounter against pirates.

Today is finally here.

At the 10,000 capacity Stade Linite Stadium in Victoria, Seychelles, Super Eagles will file out in search of vital three points  at the expense of Pirates to brighten their chances of qualifying for the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.

The Gernot Rohr tutored Eagles will be returning to the Nations cup if they qualify, after missing two editions in 2015 and 2017 in Equatorial  Guinea and Gabon respectively.

The last time the team sang victory song as on the 22nd June 2018 in Russia where they handed Iceland a 2-0 defeat while suffering a 2-0 and 2-1 defeats to Croatia and Argentina respectively.

The team hit Russia with all the razzmatazz especially following the launch of a new jersey that became instant hit and turned into a must have on social media .

However the early exit of the team from Russia, some say, proved that the world cup is serious business and not an arena for fashion parade.

All that they say is now history.

The Eagles you could say are on the march again. What they do with today’s match will determine to a great extent how easy or difficult it will be to be in Cameroon.

They team has trained on the pitch, on the beach and on the sand, and by I.30pm today it will be time for serious business. Seychelles are seen in this encounter as underdogs but we all know that underdogs can if the opportunity comes calling turn the table.

Do you think the Eagles will have a smooth sail today in the Indian Ocean state?

Can you predict what the result will be? Feel free to let us know.
