Tigress need full concentration ahead of FIBA Women’s World Cup, says Udoka

Former Nigeria women’s basketball national team player and General Manager Mfon Udoka has called for less distraction and a focussed team after the draws for the FIBA women’s world cup Australia 2022 were conducted on Thursday with Nigeria drawing host nation Australia, France, Japan, Canada and Serbia.

Udoka speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that the current situation of the team needs to be looked at with regards to deciding on player’s status and eligibility, prompt decisions on areas to strengthen in order to build a stronger national team for the world cup in September 2022.
