Per Spanish outlet AS, boss Unai Emery is looking to his former club for Chukwueze.

Everton also have an interest in the 23-year-old, who has 11 goals and 11 assists this season.

If Villarreal were to sell, they would demand a huge fee in exchange.

A sum close to his £80 million release clause is not being ruled out at present.
