Transfer: Nigeria’s Awaziem agrees FC Nantes return

Chidozie Awaziem has agreed a four-year contract with FC Nantes, who he first played for in the 2017/2018 season.

Nantes are now negotiating a transfer fee with his Portuguese club Boavista, according to Hit Wet Radio.

Awaziem, 25, will be a direct replacement for Andrei Girotto, who is on his way out of the French Ligue 1 club.

Six years ago, he played on loan from another Portuguese club, FC Porto.

He has played in Turkey, Spain and Serbia.
