Transfer window: Everton encouraged in pursuit of Watford winger Sarr

Everton have received encouragement in their pursuit of Watford winger Ismaila Sarr.

The winger is wanted by several Premier League clubs from the Championship outfit.

This week, Watford confirmed the arrival of 19-year-old forward Matheus Martins from Fluminense.

Per The Mirror, such a move means that a transfer exit for Sarr is much more likely.

Watford can raise significant funds from Sarr, as he is highly rated around Europe, while ensuring the arrival of Martins maintains the quality in the squad.

Everton are said to be contemplating making an offer worth £35 million for Sarr.
