Tyson Fury heaps praise on Anthony Joshua

Tyson Fury has lauded Anthony Joshua for his outstanding prowess against Andy Ruiz Jr in the world heavyweight title re-match.

“I don’t care if you win by an inch or a mile, by a knockout or by one point.

“I’d rather win and stink the place out than lose in a very entertaining fight.

“So fair play to Joshua for doing that, congratulations.”

Wilder will defend his WBC title in a rematch with Fury on February 22

The only heavyweight belt not owned by AJ is Deontay Wilder’s WBC title, for which Fury will challenging once again in 2020.

He concluded: “Let’s face it, I like to always talk real, no-one’s really interested in Ruiz and Joshua.

“They’re just two other heavyweights on a collision course. The real fight is me and Wilder.
