The Akwa United manager said that the team has had the best preparation to put the team in the right spirit for the encounter.

Nigeria U20 boys had a two–match tour of Egypt in March and played several warm up matches against local sides leading up before the fixture.

“We have high expectations in the game and by the current form exhibited by the team in recent preparatory games we should go there and pick the maximum points,” Maikaba said to SportingLife.ng.

The match will take place at the September 24 Stadium in Bissau, from 4pm Guinea Bissau time (5pm in Nigeria).

20 players and team officials led by Coach Paul Aigbogun made the trip to Bissau last Wednesday.

Meanwhile the team had its first training at the September 24 Stadium on Friday evening. The team who were at home with the weather commenced the session at exactly 5pm which is the same for Saturday”s match that lasted for an hour and thirty minutes.
