Usain Bolt declares: Raising kids no tea party, closes shop!

Usain Bolt doesn’t want any more children admitting being a dad of twins ‘is not as fun as people say.’

The eight-time Olympic gold medallist, 35, revealed he feels ‘out of shape’ and exercising has become ‘difficult’ now he’s four-years into his retirement.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Usain, who’s a dad to Olympia Lightning, one, and six-month old twins Thunder and Saint Leo, confirmed he’s ‘finished’ when it comes to having any more babies because his hands are well and truly full.

He said: ‘That’s me, I’m finished – I don’t want any more now. Being a dad keeps me busy, but I wouldn’t say fit. It keeps me busy and my hands are always full.

‘Having twins is not as fun as people say! I think when they get older but when they’re young, not so much. I’m looking forward to seeing them grow up.

‘I had my first child in lockdown it was good because I spent a lot of quality time and helping out and it was my first experience of being a dad so that was cool.’

The dad-of-three, who’s in a long-term relationship with partner Kasi Bennett, 31, confessed his New Year’s Resolution is to build back his fitness to Olympic level.

He added: ‘I try to stay fit but it’s not as easy because you’re not as motivated as you were doing track and competing, but I still try and work out every now and then.
