Arsenal have kept a close watch on Leicester City and Nigeria midfielder Wilfred Ndidi over a possible move to the Emirates this summer.
SportingLife.ng gathered that Arsenal are shopping for capable midfielders this summer, with Ndidi top on their list.
They must, however fend off interest from Liverpool and Manchester United who are also interested in the 21-year old.
Ndidi arrived the King Power Stadium in January 2017, for a fee of £18million from Belgian side, Genk as a replacement for N’Golo Kante who moved to Chelsea last season
He has started every game for Leicester this season and was red carded in Saturday’s clash against Brighton.
“There has been so much interest in him.“He is one player that is destined for great things in Europe,” a source close to the player said.
Despite the speculations about his future, Ndidi has remained focused .
“Any move to a bigger club will take care of itself if I keep doing my thing, he said”
He was part of the Nigeria squad that played Poland and Serbia in friendly matches during the recent international break.
