Besiktas to pay Okechukwu’s N505m transfer fee in installments
Nigeria international Azubuike Okechukwu could be heading for Turkish side Besiktas ahead of the new season going by reports from the European country.
According to reports, Okechukwu’s performance has caught the attention of the Istanbul side who have reportedly made an offer of 1.25 million euros for the Caykur Rizespor player.
There are indications that Okechukwu must have agreed personal terms with Besiktas who have also revealed how they intend to pay.
Besiktas who are offering €750,000 which translates into N505m in Nigeria currency will make an initial payment of €100,000 after which they would spread the payment,
The central midfielder who has only spent six months in Turkey having joined from Egyptian club, Pyramids played a key role in making sure they avoided relegation last season.
Within the period he played 14 times and scored one goal.
