Breaking: Inter complete Victor Moses signing

Inter Milan have completed the signing of Victor Moses from Chelsea.

The versatile 29-year-old heads to Serie A on an initial loan deal until the end of the season that includes the option for a permanent transfer in the summer.

Moses reunites with ex-Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, who previously resurrected the former Nigerian international’s Blues career following loan spells at Liverpool, Stoke and West Ham, converting him into a right wing-back as he played a key role during the 2016/17 Premier League title-winning campaign.

However, Moses was restricted to a bit-part role under Conte’s successor Maurizio Sarri and later joined Fenerbahce on an 18-month loan deal in January 2019.

He made 23 appearances in total for the Turkish giants and now bolsters an Inter squad that are attempting to end Juventus’ reign of dominance in Italy, but have now slipped four points behind the reigning champions.
