The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has booked appointment with the Embassy of Austria in London for two members of the Super Eagles backroom staff that were denied entry visas by the Embassy in Nigeria.

Eagles Equipment Manager Chidi Ngoka and lead Physiotherapist  Nnaemeka Anozie who are presently with the team in the UK have been asked to appear before the Embassy on Monday with their international passports and relevant documents.

“Once they get their visas they will leave for Austria immediately to join the team who are traveling tomorrow (Sunday) to Austria,” an official told Sportinglife.ng.

No reason was given by the Embassy for refusing the officials despite  being aware that the Eagles will be in the European country for the final phase of its World Cup preparations.

Eagles will be in Austria for nine days and will on Wednesday play Czech Republic in their final warm up game before flying to Russia for the FIFA World Cup.
