EPL: Liverpool intensify interest in Ismaila Sarr
Watford’s Senegalese international Ismaila Sarr is reportedly one of the players that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp “likes the most”.
The 24-year-old has been linked with the Reds in the past, but interest from the Premier League title hopefuls seems to be intensifying – especially with Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino all set to be out of contract in June of next year.
Sarr signed for the Hornets from Rennes in 2019 for a hefty £27m fee and has gone on to score 24 goals and provide 17 assists in 86 matches.

According to Caught Offside, Liverpool will make a much firmer push to land the West African player and add him to Diogo Jota and Luis Diaz as players which will likely succeed the trio of Salah, Mane and Firmino.
Sarr is set to be in international action over the next week, with Senegal looking to overcome Egypt in a 2022 World Cup qualifying playoff tie.
He will then have a chance to give demonstration of his abilities to his potential suitors when Watford travel to Anfield to face Liverpool on Saturday 2 April.
