Etebo, Iwobi listed in Las Palmas, Arsenal games

Oghenekaro Etebo will make his 11th La Liga start for relegation bound Las Palmas as they welcome Alaves in the Spanish top flight on Sunday.

The Nigerian will be looking forward to helping his team secure the maximum three points after losing to Real Betis by a lone goal last Thursday.

It has not been the best of season for Etebo and his teammates who have managed five wins from 33 matches this season.

However, Etebo has continued to enjoy the confidence of manager, Paco Jemez since joining on loan from Portuguese side, CD Feirense unlike compatriot, Imoh Ezekiel.

Ezekiel has been dropped to the bench for today’s encounter.

The player who was an 84th minute substitute against Betis has played only six times this term.

Elsewhere in England, Alex Iwobi is in the Match day squad for Arsenal who welcome West Ham United at the Emirates in an EPL fixture.

The number 17 jersey joins Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the attack as they seek to win today’s encounter in honour of outgoing manager, Arsene Wenger.
