Victor Osimhen has been advised not to make a switch to Anfield.
Osimhen, 21, who can play across the front three, netted 18 goals in 38 games for Lille this season and has been linked with a move to both Liverpool and Tottenham among others.
However, the so-called ‘New Didier Drogba’ has been given some career advice by fellow Nigerian international frontman Tunde Adeniji, 24, who plies his trade in Hungary with Debrecen.
HITC quoted him as telling All Nigeria Soccer:
“I have been following Osimhen’s performance in Europe, he’s doing well.
“I would like him to play for Napoli if he leaves Lille, because he will have more playing time.

“They don’t have big names in their attack at Napoli. Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham, Barcelona and Real Madrid, (all the clubs) he’s being linked with have good strikers who have made a name for themselves.
“Osimhen is too young for the pressure now, so I prefer he joins Napoli.”
