There is positive anger in Eagles camp- Rohr

Gernot Rohr says there is positive anger within the camp of the Super Eagles following last Wednesday’s defeat in an international friendly.

The Eagles lost their fourth consecutive friendly match this year against Serbia, Congo DR, England and Czech Republic but Rohr is happy with the players’ reaction after Wednesday’s defeat.

Speaking after the team’s training session at the lush green pitch of the Avita Resort at Bad Tazmannsdorf here in the suburb of Austria, the German tactician said the team will get it right before their opening game against Croatia.

“Yes, we lost against Czech Republic but the most important thing is what we learnt after the match and how well we correct our mistakes before our first match against Croatia’ Rohr told SportingLife.ng.

Rohr said he was delighted that the players have realised that they need to work harder in the remaining days before the mundial begins.

” The players have proved that they are true professionals and this they  showed in the way they trained today despite the loss” he stated.
